Expert Management Consultant

I'm currently working on behalf of an International Retail Organization which operates 373 stores in 47 countries. They are continuously looking to expand their teams with top class professionals. They are now looking for a Expert Management Consultant.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist in:

The assignment includes but is not limited to:
* Work closely with the project management team, project members, external stakeholders, to secure a successful project delivery within the customer payment information area
* Responsible for capturing and analysing the stakeholders need
* Formulate and evaluate different alternatives and recommend one based on consequences, implementation strategy and costs & benefit analysis
* Liaise with internal stakeholder (Information Security, IT, business operations, legal/compliance) and external (industry, acquiring bank, payment service providers) stakeholders in order to secure project deliverables
* Responsible to define solutions which secure that the project delivery meets the requested objectives, eg governance, legal & compliance and EFT solution design
* Formulate and evaluate different alternatives and recommend one based on consequences, implementation strategy and costs & benefit analysis
* Based in Malmö with the possibility to travel

Requirements:
The consultant shall have the following profile:

- Knowledge of Governance and process models within card payment process, customer payment information governance processes related to compliance with international laws, government regulations and industry best practices.
- Experience from work within global projects in business process analysis, operating governance models, setup of governance structures for a company organization.
- You need to be excellent in communication and have a high ability to take on the IKEA customer payment information perspective as you will have a broad contact with many different people where you will have to use your influencing capabilities. Interacting with a diverse range of people comes very natural to you.

Following competences must be fulfilled:

1. High-level competence in development and applying customer payment information governance processes related to compliance with international laws, government regulations, industry best practices and customer payment information security
