Expert (m/f) Construction Plant Exhaust/Fire Safety/HVAC/Chemical

At the moment we are looking for Experts (m/f) Construction Plant Exhaust/ Fire Safety/ HVAC/ Chemical for the following tasks:

+ Review of construction drawings
+ Create a plan of survey based on own risk assesment
+ Perform the surveys/inspections on the respective parts of the plant (Exhaust, Fire Safety, HVAC or Chemical)
+ Write a report based of the findings of inspections based on internationals building standard (e.g. NFPA, SEMI)
+ Suggest solutions and economic improvements based on the report
+ Frequent reportings regarding the time and progress of the project
+ Creation of a thorough technical documentation.

Must:
+ Experience in i-nternational building standards like NFPA and SEMI
+ University Degree in a relevant Field (e.g. Engineering)
+ Good conversational skills

(1) Exhaust
+ Construction Experience in Semiconductor Industry
+ Experience with exhaust systems
(2) Fire Safety
+ Construction Experience in Semiconductor Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry or Chemical Industry
+ Experience in Fire Safety Guidelines
(3) HVAC
+ Construction Experience in Semiconductor Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry or Chemical Industry
+ Experience with HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) Systems
(4) Chemical
+ Construction Experience in Semiconductor Industry
+ Experience in the chemical industry

Nice:
+ Knowledge of SEMT, Intel or Samsung Semiconductor Plants
+ Experience in international projects preferring Asia (Korea)
