Expert in Chemical Legislation (Reach) (m/f)

- Report and monitor the main legislation areas concerning all laws and standards related to the handling and selling of chemical substances and mixtures, with particular reference to restrictions / inventories / hazard communication (SDS), especially classification and labeling (Safety Data Sheets, classification and labeling, handling of dangerous goods)
- Keep up-to-date with current legal issues and alert to potential changes affecting these areas
- Timely review of the legislative documents to identify and report changes
- Deliver all changes to existing substances referred to the legislation
- Delivery format needs to be defined
- Timely review on new and changed regulations
- Reply to questions concerning local legislation
- Regions that need to be covered: Asia
- Solid knowledge of chemical legislation in designated countries
- REACH
- Good network of companies, regulatory agencies and industrial associations in designated country
