Position Description:
Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions.
Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs.
Conducts reference checks.
May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.
Requirements:
5 YEARS + RECRUITING REQUIRED, HIGHLY PREFER NURSING.
ABLE TO JUGGLE MULTIPLE ASSIGNMETS AND REQS SIMULTANEOUSLY
THIS PERSON NEEDS TO BE THICK SKINNED, SOCIAL AND ENJOY WORKING THROUGH COMPLEX RECRUITMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES
BACHELORS HIGHLY PREFERRED, HOWEVER A STELLAR RECRUITING BACKGROUND IN NURSING AND ADDITIONAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WILL BE ACCEPTABLE
HEALTH SCREEN REQUIRED
