ONE OF MY LEADING TECH CLIENTS IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERT FFPA FOR A LONG TERM CONTRACT PAYING EXCELLENT RATES IN BRUSSELS, BELGIUM.

INTERVIEWS TAKING PLACE IMMEDIATELY!

EXPERT FFPA WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- FFPA knowledge or traditional function point calculation and experience
- Very good coaching abilities
- Analytical skills - ability to easily understand analysis made by others + ability to ask the right questions
- Relationship and good communication skills
- Motivated and with a positive attitude to changes and innovation
- Good knowledge of the functional environment.
- Technical knowledge about environments within the bank is a plus
- languages (at least NL/EN or FR/EN) NL/FR/EN is a plus

MAIN ACTIVITIES FOR THE EXPERT FFPA:

- Perform FFPA sizing independently and support the project team in their sizing activities.
- Coach the FFPA Champions and bring them to be independent is sizings activities
- Report on FFPA sizing's to the appropriate stakeholders
- Challenge/review the sizing's performed by the suppliers.
- Plan the initial count that has to be performed at the end of preparation
- Plan the second count that has to be performed at the end of elaboration
- Plan the final count at the closure of projects.
- Participate in all the sizing sessions of the projects under my responsibility.
- Facilitate the identification of the project documents that are required for the sizing
- Ensure that all changes happening during the projects are sized and that a log of all these changes is kept.
