MY DUTIES:

-Work on new Electric Motor concepts together with advanced research institutes and companies
-Analyze and investigate on present, state of the art Electric Motor architecture
-Research new, advanced drive train architecture and propose new, alternative solutions with better performance
-Come up with new ideas/concepts/methods/schemes of best in class designs to enhance torque, power and reduce weight, size and cost
-Use of 3D CAD software as well as magnetic simulation software for design and simulation
-Connect with experts at universities, research institutes and advanced suppliers in Europe and all over the world

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound experience in the design of electric motors in the automotive area
-Very deep working experience in the field of electric motors for electric propulsion systems
-Very deep electrical, electro-mechanical or physical science related background
-In-depth knowledge of the electro-magnetic physics inside electric motor
-Knowledge and practices in car electrics, physics, material science
-Full comprehension of the requirements of power transmission in electrical and mechanical domain as well as cooling needs
-International standard experience is preferred
-Very good English and German language skills
