As part of this project we have a requirement for a small project team of experienced Social Workers with experience of working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and Domiciliary care packages.
You will be reviewing current packages and where necessary providing re-assessment, improving the focus on individual needs.
You will be paid £250 - 275 per day for this work
