EXPERIENCED/SENIOR FUNCTIONAL ANALYST/CHANGE MANAGEMENT
My international client is looking for an experienced Functional Analyst expert to join a project based in Luxembourg
KEY SKILLS:
- University degree or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience of change management tools and principles in an IT environment
- Strong communication skills
- very strong command of English
- knowledge of French would be considered as an advantage
- knowledge of German optional
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Getting familiar with the Change Management Process and its specifics in order to be able to link this to a future new Change Management tool which will be used by the company on a global level
- Interviews with the key users of the potential tools and defined pros and cons for each of the proposed solutions based on the CM process
- Collecting and establishing requirements for the harmonised tool
- Workshop to be organised with the company tools team for high level specification and cost estimation, based on the identified requirements and solutions
- Business case development for the identified options
- Presentation of the options so that a decision can be made as of which final tool should be chosen and developed
