Experienced Salesforce Team Lead

SALESFORCE TEAM LEAD - SOFIA: BULGARIA - ASAP-4 WEEKS - 3-6 MONTHS + - MARKET RATE (NEGOTIABLE ON EXPERIENCE)

A large and growing client of ours in the payments arena is looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Team lead. The appropriate candidate will have worked extensively with the salesforce application and software. Having development experience in this would be highly sought after.

The position will be English speaking with help from the Berlin and London office. However the chosen candidate will be required to be in Sofia for the majority of the time. Negotiation on expenses can be expected.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to mentor a team of 5+ consultants
- Configure an already set up salesforce system to the benefit of the client
- Fully understand CRM application and how each business unit may benefit from the application
- Able to develop certain aspects of the system to bespoke it to the client.
- Facilitate and own Salesforce technical design documents for complex integrations
- Senior member of staff directly reporting to the COO on progress and team

Requirements:

- Experience in a lead position
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce/CRM tools and Sales Operations functions within large scale (Fortune 1000) environments.
- Effectively communicates with business owners and users concerning proposed and existing system functionality
- Experience with all phases of the systems development life cycle. Technical experience with Visualforce and APEX an advantage but not required.
- Hands-on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation and Dashboards
- Negotiation skills to manage and prioritize a variety of end user enhancement requests
- Project management skills to ensure proposed functionality is implemented in a timely manner
- Ability to work effectively as a member or leader of cross functional teams
- Effective multi-tasking skills to address simultaneous diverse needs.
- Lead Administration experience
- Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Configuration of Salesforce systems.
- Nice to have: Salesforce development experience
