EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER - MS OFFICE, ONEPPM, VISIO, AGILE, WATERFALL, TREASURY

Randstad IT Professionals is actively looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER for one of our major clients, a renowned bank headquartered in Zurich, for their Treasury IT department.

Treasury IT provides technology services to its internal business partners globally. The Project Manager/PMO has to assist one of the senior project manager in several regulatory projects. This is a job for a flexible, proactive and self-motivated person who enjoys variety and can handle changing job requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

- Work closely with project managers and help in all projects phases.
- Identify areas for improvement, assist/implement improvement recommendations and promote quality.
- Prepare work products and documents for projects.
- Handle project review board (PRB) preparation, coordinate and facilitate PRB reviews.
- Assist project planning, estimate & tracking, testing.
- Assist management reporting, project status report, dashboards and tracking.
- Assist project manager in the daily project life.
- Assist in logistics for the project.
- Work closely with different teams that are spread across regions.
