Experienced PMO Wanted for end Client in the Hague/Munich

EXPERIENCED PMO WANTED FOR OUR END CLIENT IN THE HAGUE!

Hourly rate: 40,00 euros per hour

ENVIRONMENT
In support to the operational work of the PMO, there is a requirement for a project support office role, to be supplied via the IM framework contracts.
The role is recruited initially for 2 months at the "The Hague" location. If the contract is extended, it is intended to continue the role at our Munich location.

DELIVERABLES:
. Pro-actively examine portfolio of projects regarding pending changes and correct processing.
. Facilitate and execute regular monitoring and review of IT projects portfolio against key performance indicators and escalate issues to a higher authority.
. Control receipt and ensure key information assets are under Configuration Management and Change Control.
. Sharing information within the project, programme or portfolio as required.
. Coordinate upward aggregation of data/information and reports - eg management dashboards and management reporting.
. Communicate the change control process to all personnel involved with the portfolio, programme or project.
. Support continuous improvement of policies, procedures, processes and documentation related to the PMO environment.
. Provide administrative support such as workshop/meeting administration.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Hands-on experience using Prince2 and/or experience with supporting projects using Prince2.
. Hands-on experience with project support office work.
Presentation skills.
. Excellent Communication skills
. The ability to be accurate and work with agreed procedures, be a team player.
. Excellent skills in verbal and written English language.
. Flexibility in location (able to work first 3 months in The Hague, with potential continuation of the post in Munich).

QUALIFICATION:
PRINCE2 Foundation

PREFERRED:
Experience within an international organisation.
