Description: The Network Implementation Engineering department is responsible for development, standardization and support of the J&J network, voice environment globally.Responsibilities: Development and support of the existing PBX environments You team
up with operations and development teams High level support to the Voice Operation Engineers, Helpdesk and end users in case of non-routine problems (e.g. software bugs, hardware bugs, hardware problems, configuration problems etc.) Participation in the
creation of standard procedures (SOP'S) on behalf of the daily operational environment to offer solutions for problems and actions that can be solved on a routine basis Design new infrastructure solutions, and introduction of new applications, taking the
J&J Standards and Strategy, the expectations of the customers and their budgets into account You will work on Projects in which you maintain professional contacts with customers, suppliers and IT Professionals in order to analyze their needs and transform
them into concrete and feasible actions. On the one hand guarding that these fit the general strategy of the company and on the other hand making sure that the supplied service meets the agreements in the form of Service Level Agreements between ITS and
the customerTechnical skills: A broad experience in Voice, preferably in large international environments Familiar with Nortel, OTM, MMail, Octel, Call pilot, Symposium, ACD Symposium scripting, Succession and Vo/IP Familiar with ISDN, MCDN, DSL, SDH,
SIP, H323 and other protocols Experience with DID number plans, CDR reporting and Leased Lines Broad experience and ditto knowledge in cabling Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 7 and fiber cabling Experience with measuring instruments such as Fluke cable testers, ISDN
and PRA testers Technical writing skills to write the proper documentation according to internal regulations (FDA part 11, GxP, ) Contact Center knowledgeEnvironment Development Tool(s) and Platform(s): VVT cabling, Cat 5e, Cat 6, Cat 7 and fiber cabling
