IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Linux kernel driver development
-Integration of software components into fully functional software systems (e.g. gateways, routers, set-top-boxes)
-Verification of the implemented algorithms and methods on the target platforms to prove the expected power savings and behaviour
-Document the implemented design and APIs by creating documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, wikis and code comments
-Comply with project plans, industry standards and coding rules
-Produce power consumption charts and tables to document the current status and compliance with existing energy efficiency standards and energy labels (e.g. EnergyStar)
-Integration of software components into regression test framework
-Design, development, implementation and test on power optimized CPE systems

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience in software engineering
-Hands-on experience in embedded software development
-Experience in Linux kernel development
-Ability to develop highly efficient software in C
-Working with software development tools for version control, bug tracking, documentation, review and code analysis
-Software debugging and problem solving
-English and German skills
