Dedicated to selling market leading Protection products and offering excellent service, Caledonian Life's products are only available from authorised Financial Brokers, who offer impartial financial advice to their clients.

We are currently recruiting for an Existing Business Administrator to join our successful team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

The main purpose of this role is to provide efficient, effective and professional support to the Existing Business team in line with agreed standards.

Other duties will include:

- Receiving and resolving varied enquiries from the public, customers or brokers and ensuring that they are dealt with efficiently
- Monitoring customer complaints and ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner
- Ensuring telephones are answered and customers are dealt with courteously and promptly with the highest level of customer service
- Liaising with relevant internal or external people to obtain necessary information or verification
- Processing administrative documents to set standards and service level agreements
- Planning and organising your own workload to ensure an efficient service
- Managing the vetting of claims within Caledonian Life's policies and authorisation guidelines
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with Treating Customers Fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code

To apply for this role your skills and experience will include:

- Previous administrative experience from within a life insurance business
- You will be QFA qualified
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Self motivated with proven organisation and planning skills
