Exhibition and Events Advisor

Our client a global oil and gas organisation is looking for a exhibition and events advisor with strong communication skills to join there team for an initial duration of up to 16Months in London.

The candidate will be responsible for helping lead the team to deliver a multitude of cross media projects include campaign visulisation and conceptual design, print, e-publishing, mobile and digital media (3D & 4D). Tasks also include, leading the in-house production team, ensuring effective delivery of external ocommunications, management of high level stakeholders and understanding the Coporate vision.

The candidate must be a skilled writer, creative thinker with the ability to implement ideas into practice. Have previous experience in writing event briefs, implementing online event processes, venue searching (this will require travelling various locations such as the US, Europe and Middle East), experience of staging.

Mandatory:

- 5-7 Years senior account management
- 3-5 Years in events industry including exhibitions and project management
