Executive Product Manager

A leading media client based in London are looking for a Product Manager to be a key figure in defining and delivering a new product. Must have strong relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in defining and delivering technology products, ideally within an arts, learning or educational environment, and will use this expertise to identify and seize opportunities for development.

They will also possess the necessary skills to manage internal and external stakeholders and liaise with external contacts to develop collaborative relationships.

They will be responsible for the management of a development team whose collective aim is to orchestrate the successful delivery of the online product. Management experience of teams across multiple locations and an understanding of agile project management methods such as SCRUM or Kanban would be a healthy advantage.

Candidates must have:
* Extensive experience of working within a digital media production environment.
* Good knowledge of industry standard product management skills, with understanding of product life cycle and proven delivery of consumer products
* High degree of Internet and computer literacy
* Ability to work in partnership and actively collaborate with colleagues across the organisation and wider industry
* Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate complex processes at all levels. Experience of presenting innovative ideas in order to secure senior management and strategic support
* A strong leader with demonstrable experience of motivating and leading high performing teams
