Executive Collaboration Consultant

Our client a global oil and gas organisation is looking for an experienced Executive Collaboration Consultant to join their team in The Hague on an initial of a one year contract.

The candidate will be responsible for scheduling all meetings and events within your site/region. You will be the primary focal point during large events and be to "come to" person for any technical problems or questions. You will be expected to translate any technical issues to laymen terms for stakeholders to understand. This candidate will also be proposing to stakeholders and customers the best available technology or solutions and the pros as well as cons to them.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years experience in a related working field as well as working with VIP/Executive staff. Experience in using/supporting collaboration tools such as CISCO/Polycom Videoconferencing equipment and Lync or Skype for Business meetings is required. ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred however working experience of using ITIL processes is also acceptable.
