EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/PROJECT SUPPORT wanted for our Zurich based client in the telecommunication sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Prior experience in executive project assistance with proficiency in Office tools
- Relevant experience in financial tracking and reporting
- Tracking and organising Purchase Orders
- Good communication and analytical skills with a detail oriented work approach
- Flexible and enthusiastic person with can-do attitude
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Fulfilling general administrative duties in scope of the project
- Keeping track of payments and purchase orders
- Supporting directors in daily project related tasks
- Ensuring that reporting, documentation and project plans are met in time and scope
- Daily and monthly analysis and reconciliations
START: ASAP
