TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- Must have two (2) years Experience in an Executive Assistant position in a Managed Care Setting
- Must have Prior Experience in Marketing Processes
- General knowledge and understanding of the HMO and PPO Contracting Networks. Advanced
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for maintaining calendars for the VP of Marketing, Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager
- Organizes and schedules meetings for the VP and others in the Marketing and Communications department, including: preparation and distribution of meeting materials and presentations
- Responsible for varying projects as they become relevant to the Marketing and Communications department
- Logs, maintains and handles in-bound telephone calls from various direct marketing initiatives
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must have a high school diploma, college degree preferred
- Must have two (2) years Experience in an Executive Assistant position in a Managed Care Setting
- Must have Prior Experience in Marketing Processes
- General knowledge and understanding of the HMO and PPO Contracting Networks. Advanced
- Ability to solve scheduling problems; work with many individuals to coordinate calendars
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
