EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT Position Zurich Area ASAP

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT required by our client, a Private Banking and Asset Management Group in the wider Zurich Area, who are looking for a self-driven person (motivated and flexible) with the ability to work independently and to assert oneself on a friendly manner, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

START DATE: ASAP

JOB INFORMATION

- Operational and administrative support to the CIO/Head Investment Management such as monitoring and organizing schedule, handling e-mails, prioritizing requests, preparing documents and presentations, writing minutes;
- Organization and planning of complex international business trips incl. sourcing and booking flights, arranging visas, booking hotels and transfers, completing check-ins;
- Arranging team events, off-site meetings, workshops, markt- and team meetings;
- Support on investment projects with the target to take some ownership on that;
- Deputy for Assistant to the Asset Allocation and Research Team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Swiss KV degree with experience in a similar role;
- Communicative and proactive personality with team spirit and drive;
- High operating skills in MS Office (Power-Point, Excel, Word);
- Interest in Asset Management, Sustainability and IT (Avaloq);
- Excellent verbal and written language skills both IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH is essential;
- High level of discretion;
- Ability to anticipate needs and think outside the box;
- Ability to multi-task according to shifting priorities.
