EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT III needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Irving, TX.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Performs administrative support tasks that are secretarial/clerical in nature for an Executive Assistant
- Able to perform high level tasks in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Can successfully do complex tasks within databases and e-mail systems - may be able to provide instruction to others in doing these sorts of tasks
- Can efficiently access a wide variety of Internet resources
- Knows how to operate the advanced features of phone/voicemail and office equipment
- Manages multiple filing systems, as well as multiple hard copy or electronic calendars
- Comfortably schedules meetings between team members and clients.
- Initiates setting up outside events which involve external business partner participation.
- Coordinates executive travel arrangements over the phone or electronically for multiple individuals both domestically and internationally

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Able to perform high level tasks in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Skilled in domestic and international travel arrangements
- Strong calendaring skills

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- C-Level Executive Administrative Assistant skills desired
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
