Executive Assistant wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 4+ years' of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to senior management
- Very good knowledge of MS Office along with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and softwares
- Good communicational and analytical skills with a detail oriented work approach
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. Knowledge of French, German, Italian or Spanish would be a plus
YOUR TASKS:
- Working directly with Head of European FSC and APL Head Customer Order & Supply Chain Manager
- Managing active calendars of appointments, team deliverables and milestones as well as completing expense reports
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans and agendas along with compiling documents for travel-related meetings
- Planning, coordinating and ensuring the FSC Head and COSM Head schedules
- Fulfilling general administrative duties and being responsible for all administrative tasks for the FSC Head and COSM Head
- Organising internal and external meetings and events in addition to supporting conferences
