Projektbeschreibung
Harvey Nash is looking for an Executive Assistant for a 10 + month project in Switzerland.
You are responsible for
. Supporting the Global Head of ERP (calendar, meeting coordination, travel organization, expenses claim, offsite meetings logistics)
. Supporting the ERP Leadership Team Members when visiting the client
. Supporting the assigned managers and relevant teams (P&D Management and RE/EEMEA Teams) in terms of booking travels, organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, videoconferences, workshops
. Setting up Purchase Orders in Ariba, calculating accruals and updating departmental distribution lists
. Coordinating interviews, on- and off-boarding of new employees/contractors
. Deputizing administrative colleagues
Requirements
. Five years of proven working experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar position (Roche experience is highly preferred)
. Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to independently perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, with excellent attention to detail
. Reliable and proactive approach to problem-solving capability, with a strong sense of confidentiality and discretion
. Very strong interpersonal skills and aptitude to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, LT members and external customers
. Good knowledge of software applications (MS Office and Google Applications)
. Strong customer orientation and team player attitude
. High level communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English and German
. Experience with Ariba, RADA and Google Mail/Calendar
