For our life science client in Basel, we are seeking an Executive Assistant

Start Date: 7th March 2016

End Date: 31st March 2016

Location: Basel

Language: English and German

You will support a Global Head of Department - calendar, meeting coordinator, travel organisation, expenses, offsite meeting logistics

Support the team members during their Basel visits

Supporting assigned managers and relevant teams, booking travels, organising and coordinating internal and external meetings, videoconferences, workshops

Setting up Pos in Ariba

Coordinating interviews, on and off-boarding of new team members

Deputising administrative colleagues

Your experience

5+ years as executive administrative assistant

Very strong organisational skills, time management and independent worker

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

MS Office and Google Applications

Fluency in English and German
