Roc Search is currently recruiting for an Executive Administrator to provide organisational support within an IT company in Belgium for a 6 month contract. Within this role the successful candidate will be able to share their attention to detail through co-ordination of the team requirements.
Job Description:
*To provide prompt services to employees for a conducive working environment and making arrangements for various meetings/client visits at the assigned facility as per requirements.
*To resolve employee issues and escalations raised.
*To organize and co-ordinate for visits of client delegation as per requests.
*To manage vendors and to raise vendor invoice and close them appropriately in the system.
*To organize the internal and external meetings as per logistics requirements.
The Individual:
*Must be able to prepare presentations using PowerPoint
*Experience in a corporate, international environment in a similar role
*Able to take initiative and work independently on projects, to devise own methods, approach and procedures in fulfilling assignments
*Able to handle employee sensitive and business information with utmost confidentiality
*Comfortable working under pressure, managing time, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. Highly organized.
*Must be able to write correspondence and reports and prepare all requisite documentation in an acceptable business style
*Must be able to think logically, pay close attention to detail, establish procedure and follow through until completion
*Excellent Word and Excel skills
Location: Ghent, Belgium
Contract of 6 months
Languages: Dutch and French
Hours: 4 hours per day
