ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Boston, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Organizing and arranging schedules, calendar management, extensive global and domestic trip planning, expense processing, meeting scheduling (both in person, telepresence and conference calls), and various other events.
- Managing all types of daily correspondence to ensure professional, accurate and timely response and appropriate prioritization.
- Organizing materials in relation to meetings: collecting and compiling information and coordinating delivery.
- Drafting of correspondence
- Processing invoices and purchase orders; acting as a liaison with Sourcing and Finance to ensure bills are paid accurately and on time.
- Anticipating, identifying, analysing and solving issues/conflicts independently and discretely.
- Support with general office administration, including telephone coverage, mail processing & distribution, file set-upfamiliarity with video conferencing and scanning
- Familiarity with Oracle Systems as well as Oblong Interface is a plus
- Excellent administrative, organizational and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated professional interpersonal skills - high level of motivation, integrity, self-confidence and ability to take initiative.
- Extreme attention to detail, follow up, highly organized
- Demonstrated ability to balance workload under short deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with proactive approach
- Ability to ensure security of confidential information - discretion and confidentiality required
- Willing to travel up to 5% of the time
- Willing to work out of the Boston, MA office.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with GE business operating rhythm and processes
- Experience working in a multi-national corporate environment
- Experience working in a venture capital or private equity firm
- Experience with a global company
