SOFTWARE SPECIALISTS IS LOOKING FOR EXECUTIVE/ADMIN ASSISTANT IN HILLSBORO, OR (06 MONTHS ASSIGNMENT) FOR ONE OF OUR PRESTIGIOUS CLIENT

Requirements

JOB TITLE: EXECUTIVE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

LOCATION: HILLSBORO, OR 97124

DURATION: 06 MONTHS

MAXIMUM PAY RATE: $20.81 PER HOUR ON W2 WITHOUT BENEFITS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- This role is responsible for providing a full range of administrative support to the business GM and his/her leadership staff.
- This person must be able to work independently, anticipate the needs of the GM, and will be expected to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and follow-through, can use good judgment, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality but respectful of meeting established deadlines, with superior interpersonal skills.

DUTIES:

- Able to independently prioritize work and perform complex administrative duties
- Make decisions on behalf of the GM to ensure meeting requests meet with time management priorities and performance objectives.
- Responsible for prioritization and communication management around email, calendar and social networking as needed
- Anticipate the GM's needs and accomplish responsibilities without direction
- Proactively coordinate the executive's calendar, which is comprised of a heavy meeting schedule and extensive travel
- Make complex travel arrangements and coordinate itineraries including international travel
- Process Travel & Living expenses for the GM
- Manage budgets and expenses in a compliant and timely manner
- Work closely with the GM's leadership team to deliver operating processes, including monthly operating reviews, leadership meetings, marketing reviews, various functional reviews and All-Hands meetings.
- Coordinate the GM's staff meetings, events and offsites

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years executive administrative assistant with experience supporting a senior level manager
- Very proficient in MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel). This person will be modifying PowerPoint presentations, scheduling meetings through Outlook and doing basic editing and data entry in Excel
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to multi-task
