Exciting .NET Developer role (moving into Java),Leeds, £35000

I am currently recruiting an enthusiastic .NET Web Developer to join a leading organisation who have an international presence. You will be joining their innovative software development team based inLeedsand have the opportunity to work on developing a large scale software system that is used throughout the organisation. My client are also going to be migrating their software over to a new open source technology stack written in Java with a MySQL backend.

My client need a .NET / MySQL Developer who would welcome the opportunity to be trained up in Java development skills in 1-2 years time.

Skills needed:

C#.NET

ASP.NET

Web-services experience

My-SQL database experience

Knowledge of Java (advantageous)

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic .NET Software Developer who is always looking to develop his or her skill set (with a view to moving into Java).
