Exchange Support Engineer

Support Engineers will be responsible for delivering Exchange Cloud support for a for customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of experience with Exchange in an Enterprise environment. Candidates should possess a solid working knowledge of enterprise messaging administrative concepts. They should also have expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking and Mobile Device technologies. Experience with Exchange 2010 or 2013 is a big plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4 year technical degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years experience in Technical Support in an Enterprise Environment
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, &/or Exchange experience desired
- Demonstrated technical competence
- Strong written and oral communication skills, organization, time management, project management and negotiation skills
