Exchange Specialist (C8)

Finite's influential government client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced EXCHANGE SPECIALIST to join their team beginning 1 July 2013 for an initial period of 12 months.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO:

- Support and management of day to day business as usual activities to ensure high availability, performance and capacity of the Exchange, messaging and server environment;
- Provide technical expertise to project teams on an as required basis;
- In conjunction with members of the Networks and Disaster Recovery Team, provide assistance to overseas Posts for problem resolution;
- In conjunction with members of the Networks and Disaster Recovery Team, travel to overseas Posts as required for regular maintenance visits;
- Liaise with third party service providers to ensure AusAID is receiving quality service through selective sourced contracts;
- Participate in the agency's change management process by contributing technical changes to the Change Advisory Board for consideration;

CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS A CURRENT SECURITY CLEARANCE OF AT LEAST NV1 (SECRET).
