Projektbeschreibung

As the EXCHANGE SME:- - Support and management of day to day business as usual activities to ensure high availability, performance and capacity of the Exchange, messaging and server environment;
- Provide technical expertise to project teams on an as required basis;
- Provide assistance overseas for problem resolution;
- Be available to travel overseas as required for regular maintenance visits;
- Liaise with third party service providers;
- Participate in change management process by contributing technical changes to the Change Advisory Board for consideration;
- Provision of 2nd and 3rd level Service Desk support as required;
- Provide technical advice to other staff
- Participate in skills transfer as required
- Mentor junior staff.

Selection criteria is required by 4 April 2013.

Contract commencement 1 July 2013 - 30 June 2014.

- Configuring and managing a Windows Server 2008 environment.
- Provide second and third level support for a Windows 7 desktop SOE, including remote/roaming users.
- Configuring and managing Exchange 2007/Exchange 2010 environments.
- Show your working knowledge of mobile technology solutions for delivery of email, calendar, tasks and contacts.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build productive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Technical knowledge and experience to manage voice and data services in a medium-sized international organisation.

Overseas travel may arise.

Australian citizen, NV1 or Secret clearance preferred, minimum Baseline cleared.
