Exchange & Network Support Engineer - Exchange, Lync 2010/2013, Unified Comms, AD, VMWare, LAN, WAN is required by my client who is based in Tunbridge Wells, which is a 40 minute train journey from London.

You will be responsible for providing first class support of the organisation's business critical projects, particularly MS Exchange/Lync, Networking and VMWare vSphere.

You will have a strong grasp of current versions of MS Exchange, Networking and Windows server environments. You will also need to be a structured, organised individual and have a solid technical history across the board, as the role includes support of a large MPLS network, HP Blade systems and HP Storage.

Time and task management skills are essential in order to be able to perform this role, as quick, robust solution delivery and support is vital. You will be able to demonstrate technologies you have successfully brought into an organisation previously, and have a track record of delivering on time.

Previous experience of consolidating AD domains and migrating mailboxes to MS Exchange is key to this role.

- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize MS Exchange & Lync

- Willing to go the extra mile and fully support team members
- Good networking knowledge
- Good Windows Server knowledge (current versions)
