Exchange Migration Support

Working for a leading Publishing client as a Exchange messaging and migration consultant, you will sit alongside the UK Messaging consultant and outsourced operational support team to support the migration of 5000+ mailboxes for the client from geographically dispersed Ex2003 servers to a centrally managed DC based 2010 environment. This includes *Assist with the design and build out of the additional capacity required *Ensuring all mobile access points are configured *BES environent expansion *MobileIron (for i[device.] Access) GRA (PhoneFactor for 2FA) deployment *DR Environment build out *Documentation Environment *DR Invocation specific to BU. *Support documentation *Plan migration strategy in conjunction with our outsource partner *Design of Monitoring and reporting framework In addition *Assist with build and deployment of the UK Side of the global Exchange migration tool. *Assist with the migration of remaining E2003 elements over to 2010 such as Public Folders, Mail Hygiene (Postini to MXLogic). *Assist with build and deployment of the UK Autonomy mail archiving solution. *DR Invocation documentation specific to full environment To be eligible for this role you must *Have at least 5 years experience in a L3/Engineering role within a corporate messaging environment *Be qualified to MCSE Level for Exchange 2010 and ideally have the same for Exchange 2003 *Have a full grounding in VMWare vSphere 4.1 and ideally 5.1 - VCP would be ideal but not necessary. *Be experienced in the design and deployment of BES 5.1 *SCOM (+exchange management pack) If you are interested in this position, please apply and send your CV for consideration.
