AD Migration - Exchange Migration - ADMT - Powershell - London.

My client is urgently seeking a 3rd Line Infrastructure Analyst with previous experience of working on Active Directory Migrations and Exchange Migrations. You will be required as short term cover to work across an AD and an Exchange Migration and will be required to start almost immediately and should have enough experience to hit the ground running straight away. The Migration will involve moving a few thousand users from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010 and the AD Migration is an AD 2008 R2 migration. Therefore previous experience of a similar project will be required. Good Experience of working with ADMT tool, and/or VB or Powershell Scripting would be highly desirable.

Other responsibilities will include:

- Email Archiving
- Mailbox cleansing
- Communicating directly with the end customer

This role requires someone who has strong communication skills and an ability to work well under pressure. This role is aimed at someone who is at 3rd/4th line experience. There are lots of other projects going on simultaneously to this migration so they need to be able to work well in an ever changing environment. The ability to work proactively and good problem solving skills are essential. Although it is only initially a short contract there is every chance there will be further extensions and/or the possibility of moving to a different project within the company.
