RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Microsoft Exchange Resource with focus on Exchange 2007/2010
- Exchange 2010 High-Availability and Load Balancing requirements including DAG
- Exchange 2007/2010 internal and external client connectivity
- Windows Server 2003/2008R2/2012
- Active Directory - Windows 2008/2008R2/2012
- Troubleshoot Outlook 2007/2010/2013 issues
- Configuring and troubleshooting email transport related technologies (DNS, SMTP, RPC, POP3, etc.)
- Mobile Device Management
- Microsoft Instant Messaging Technologies
- Blackberry Enterprise Server
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-10 years of Enterprise Messaging support leveraging Microsoft technologies
- MCSE (must be current) -Messaging: required either toward Exchange 2010 or Exchange 2013
- ITIL Ver 3 Certification
- Ability to provide 2nd level Support as it relates to messaging
- Proven implementation capabilities of the technologies listed above
- Excellent customer service skills - true service delivery mindset
- True operational mindset focusing on high performance and continuous improvement
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to develop documentation, test, and implementation plans
- Ability to work independently or collaborate with team members, as required
- Effective communication and presentation skills
