Exchange 2010/2013 Consultant - Dublin, Ireland

I am looking to hire an Exchange 2010/2013 SME/Consultant for my financial services client. The role is a 6 months contract and is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

1. Candidate should have experience in implementing exchange Servers of 2010/2013 independently.
2. Experience on Configuring and Administration of High Availability environment for Exchange Services
3. Provide administration and engineering support for all messaging related projects such implementing new system or process.
4. Clear understanding of mail gateway configuration and concepts.
6. Should have knowledge about Front End/Back End, OWA, RPC/HTTP and active sync configuration.
7. Configuration of exchange policies and Email routing
8. Strong knowledge on Designing and Planning of Exchange Services infrastructure
9. Experience on Migration Tools like Quest Migration for Lotus to Exchange 2010/2013
10. Should have knowledge about capacity planning in distributed environment.
11. Strong understanding and experience with MS exchange 2010/2013 including backup and restore procedures.
12. Experience in supporting Exchange Server health check and should be in position to recommend the best practices
13. Patch and configuration management of MS Exchange.
14. Experience in handling/implementation/configuration of Blackberry Servers 5.0
15. Experience in handling communication Servers Lync2010/2013 and IPT integration. 
16. Strong Active Directory knowledge to resolve exchange related issues.
