Exceptional English Teacher Wanted - Manchester

Capita Education is looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic, experienced Qualified English Teacher to join one of our 'Outstanding' schools in Manchester to cover their current English teacher who is on maternity leave until July 2014.
As an English Teacher you must be motivated and want to see the best from the pupil's. Your role will include to plan and teach lessons, liaising and networking with other staff members and keep up to date with developments within the English curriculum. As English is one of the three main GCSE's, it is important that you know all about the sectors you will be teaching as it is very important to keep the children inspired and motivated to do exceptionally well. Also another role of being a Teacher is to mark the pupil's work, each day after the lessons you will expected to collect the work and begin marking it for the following week to give feedback to the pupil's.
An Ideal Candidate must have the following :
Excellent behaviour management
A forward thinking and adaptable approach as the teaching environment can change on a daily basis
An open mind to take on new challenges and get the very most from each class you are responsible for
Be motivated to achieve strong English GCSE exam results
- hold QTS
- have experience teaching English in a school setting
- be self-motivated
- have passion to help the pupils do well
