Excel VBA Specialist - English Speaking Contract in Zurich (2647)

For a global bank based here in Zurich we are looking for a professional (5 - 10 years work experience)

EXCEL-/VBA- SPECIALIST (2647)

We are SPECIFICALLY looking an someone who is familiar with Excel and VBA programming. If you know of curve building and C++ programming, even better, but it is not a requirement.

THE JOB:

- As Excel Developer you will be working directly with the manager and modify or improve existing spreadsheets which are critical for the daily business of our client
- The spreadsheets will be used for reconciliation of internal and external data streams

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- + 4 years recent Excel VBA Development
- Nice to have skills:
- RAD development in .NET environment +SQL server
- C++ programming skills
- Curve building skills are an asset
- Working with risk would be an asset
- Data providers integration: Bloomberg, Reuters, brokers feeds
- ADVANTAGES EXPERIENCE WOULD INCLUDE WORKING ON PRICING SHEETS - CURVE BUILDING OR RISK VIEWS AND FAMILIARITY WITH INTEREST RATE RISK
