Excel Administrator

Crawley
12 month contract,
Hours: 8.30- 5.00 1/2 hour for Lunch
Start Date ASAP
Interview Date ASAP

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel 2010 to work for one of Hyphen's largest clients based in Crawley for a 12 month contract.

Skills and Experience required:

Essential:
- Proficient user of Excel 2010 including:

*Pivot tables
*Formulas
*Populating
*V look ups
*Data input

*Please note there will be an Excel test using Excel 2010 at interview stage*

Essential:
-Good Overall Administration skills and proven experience in a reception or administrative role for 1 year or more
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to advanced level
-Full working experience of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
-Good communication skills at all levels
-Time management
-Organised and able to prioritise workload to be able to multi-task.
-Ability to pick up skills/tasks quickly and efficiently
-Accuracy, attention to detail, and able to work to fixed deadlines.
-Takes responsibility/ownership for assigned activities and makes things happen
-A self-starter with a can-do attitude able to work on own initiative.
-Flexibility in their approach to work and hours
-Must be a good Team Player

Desirable
* Ideally qualifications in Typing or keyboard skills (minimum of 40 wpm)

Tasks:

-provide administrative and logistics support to the Fit Programme
-Ensure agreed timescales are met.
-manage and arrange travel for leadership Team/project as and when required,
-Follow Company Process, and ensuring that it is cost effective.
-Arrange all couriers for collection and delivery of goods.
-Order stationery as required.
-Raise purchase requisitions on the IPROC Raising Purchasing System.
-Administer the OTL Time Keeper system for IS direct bookers and to correct bookings,
-Make transfers, etc. as requested by US staff, project or work package managers.
-Monitor USB Devices/Shared drives as required.
-Monitor shared mail boxes and respond to requests in a timely manner.
-Undertake Car Fleet Management tasks.
-Process consultants through the on-boarding and leaver's process as required.
-Carry out any other administrative duties when required by the business
