Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Work directly with the customer to investigate, isolate and drive product problems to a closure. This requires strong negotiation skills, sound product & network knowledge, experience in complex troubleshooting and trouble ticket processing.
. Perform Emergency Support covering 24x7 network outage restoration
. Maintain interfaces with customer's technical personnel ensuring smooth information flow about reported problems and their resolution status as well as other activities with customer
. Maintain and improve interfaces with technical personnel from other multi-regional groups and organizations involved with Technical Support (Customer Advocates, Call Center, Logistics, 3rd party First line Maintenance)
. Excellent customer interface skills is a must including a willingness to work a 7x24x365 schedule with rotating off-hour coverage.
Prerequisites:
. 15+ years demonstrated working knowledge of EWSD product
. Ability to learn effectively and quickly and work independently
. Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
. Team player with a flexible, positive and creative attitude to change
. Customer orientation, a solid level of stress tolerance with a sense of humor
. Languages: English - fluent, German is a plus!
