MISSION DESCRIPTION

Perform Applications Project Deployments and RUN Support Services (aka Application Hosting Services) covering the following activities :

- Staging, Allocation/De-allocations of "virtual" windows Servers
- Staging of virtual linux server
- Support of the complete "Run" VM Ware environment
- Deploy and install Application components on Windows Servers
- Perform pre-defined tasks for the applications (Stop/Start, Installation packages)
- Handle Service Requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes and Configuration Management on operation level
- Help in deploying "Security patches" on complete Windows environment
- Support tasks associated with running the operation and maintenance of the information systems
- Capacity Management component (VM Ware) analyst

Profile: Master/graduate in IT, high technical skills in VM Ware (ESX, vCenter Operations Manager), Windows 2003-2008, Windows clustering

SERVICE WINDOW/WORKING HOURS

- 07:00 a.m - 04:00 p.m or
- 09:00 a.m - 06:00 p.m or
- 10:00 a.m - 07:00 p.m

ADDITIONAL HOURS OUTSIDE THE SERVICE WINDOW (SPECIAL ACTIVITIES, ON-CALL, WEEKENDS)

- Specials activities on-demand (Security patching on Sundays, DR activities during night of Week-end, changes exclusively installed during week-end)
- On-call will be asked (Application Hosting)
