- As Project Manager by providing technical expertise (SECURITY COMPONENTS) and guidance to support ITS partners and business to meet their requirements

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Relationship management

- Encourages and supports team members, employees of the business partner, the suppliers and the management to meet the objectives of the team.

Provide governance and guidance

- Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment (Release Management).
- Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.
- Assists and advises team members, team leaders and other IT professionals (internal and external) on the tools, technology and methodology to meet the objectives.
- Participate in the writing and approval process of governance deliverables
- Ensure that the operational activities are properly performed.

Analysis of requirements (Technical & Functional)

- Anticipates future trends from the business partner and provides adequate solutions to meet these trends.

Solution design, delivery & Support

- Advices business partners on technical solutions to meet user and system requirements.
- Identifies, estimates and planning to provide technical deliverables (eg cost, timelines and technical risks).
- Propose and coordinate implementation of solutions to meet requirements.

Test solutions

- Defines and advises on the strategy for the verification and validation of the solutions with all patners
- Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of tests.
- COORDINATE THE TROUBLESHOOTING AND THE RESOLUTION OF POSSIBLE DEFECTS OR ISSUES

Document and reuse of assets

- Is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of documentation for the solutions.
- Encourages other to make use of the developed documentations.
- Leads by example to use & reuse predefined assets.

o WebSphere 8 under Readhat (Virtualisation & Deployment)
