Job description:

OFS Program Objective is the implementation of the financial and management accounting target solution "One Financial System" (BAC/SAR). The OFS Program includes the implementation of a reporting tool to produce the local regulatory Belgian reporting, the decommissioning of the Belgian General Ledger and sub-ledger (BK and GABS) and the Cost accounting project.

In this context, all the payment-related applications need to be progressively migrated. It has already been done for SEPA CT and SEPA DD applications, and it still needs to be done for MTS (International Payments), PEPA (Pension Payments), Cheques, Bills of Exchange and Forex applications.

This project is managed on one side by the OFS project team, and on the other side by the different Engineering teams, but there is a need for an additional resource on Engineering Payments side, to make the link with the project team and acquire
expertise (business analysis and testing) that can be reused from one asset to the other.

Responsibilities:

Support the engineering team (Business side) in the analysis and the testing required for OFS project (One Financial System) on the different payment assets: MTS (International Payments), PEPA (Pension Payments), Cheques, Bills of Exchange and Forex applications Typical deliverables: business requirements, test plan, test report.

Experience: ·

1 to 3 years of professional experience in banking, in a project environment.

Technical experience /knowledge:

affinity with systems and processes
ability to work with IT department to transfer & explain specifications or defects to the developers
ability to compromise on solutions with multiple parties (business, IT)
experience with a banking package is a plus
Mandatory:
experience with test preparation & execution, (V-model)
experience with defects and incidents management
risk awareness (judging severity of incidents)
