Application Management is responsible for managing Applications throughout their life cycle.

The Application Management function supports and maintains operational applications and also plays an important role in the design, testing and improvement of applications that form part of IT services.

Technical Validation of design and Continual application Improvement are key for a performing and high available application landscape supporting the service delivery.
