We are looking for an Analyst with 12 years of experience in order to work at the European Commission.

JOB DESCRIPTION

In this context, the objective of this mission is to plan, implement and monitor all activities of the team with a particular focus on:

• Analyse, design and streamline the processes of the DG in particular for the 2014-2020 programming period.
• This includes workshops and interaction with users, IT and business.
• Analyse business needs and prepare the priorities for the annual IT Master Plan
• Follow up specific procedures as needed
• Monitor the business side of the WAVE workflow system, in particular during the roll-out period.
• Work with DG EMPL to extend processes to the European Social Fund
• Optimise and harmonise the use of Aris as modelling and documentation tool focusing on ways to structure functional requirements as well as business.
• Management and follow-up of the BPT activities (global organisation, assignment, follow-up and coordination of tasks, activities, milestones of the team).

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven knowledge in analysis and modelling
• 6 years' experience in Business and/or functional analysis;
• 4 years' experience in Business Process Modelling Tools and techniques;
• 5 years' experience in Software Modelling Tools and techniques.
• Good knowledge about Software AG ARIS Business Architect or other Business Process management and design tools
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings (French and English), excellent communicator
• Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
• Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies.
• Strong motivation, efficiency and devotion.
