EVENTS & MARKETING MANAGER

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT - SYDNEY CBD - MARKET LEADING ORGANISATION

Our client, a market leading provider of Software Solutions to the Legal industry, based in Sydney CBD is currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced and dynamic Events & Marketing Manager to provide cover for a 12 month Maternity leave.

Whilst heavily focussed on Managing a small team organising regular events throughout Australia the ideal candidate will have extensive experience across events management and marketing.

This exciting and varied opportunity will see you join a well established team and be responsible for driving, implementing and executing a wide range of marketing campaigns. You will have responsibility for managing the events and marketing budget as well as marketing activities across three brands and five products.

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be accountable for the successful planning and implementation of events programs and customer communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:   

- Campaign implementation and execution, including advertising, direct marketing, events, webinars, sponsorship, website/social media, monthly e-newsletters and all other ad-hoc marketing projects
- Development of marketing collateral to support campaign delivery
- To monitor and report on marketing activities
- Building strong business and working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

We invite applications from tertiary qualified candidates with an extensive and proven background in events management including reponsibility for budgets and management of the marketing team. You will be comfortable with building strong working relationships, giving clear and precise direction to team members and providing direct feedback/updates to the CEO.

You will be highly organised, possess strong Project Managements skills, outstanding verbal/written and presentation skills and be a natural leader of people. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF EVENTS/MARKETING INTO A LEGAL OR SIMILAR ENVIRONMENT WILL BE VERY HIGHLY REGARDED.
