EVENTS & EXHIBITIONS ADVISOR: WORLD LEADING OIL COMPANY

World Leading Oil and Gas Company has an exciting opportunity for an Events and Exhibitions Advisor to join a dynamic and driven team. This is a long-term role where your contributions will really make a difference.

Eaglecliff Recruitment is one of six preferred suppliers to this Corporate Energy Company, who are one of the largest and most successful companies in the world.

As Events and Exhibitions Advisor you will be responsible for executing the Global Exhibitions Programme and Meetings, Incentives and Conferences programme. You will be involved in a wide range of multi-channel projects within the Corporate Affairs Department such as the Group Annual Reports and other Major Conferences.

The ability to liaise directly at the most senior levels is therefore essential as well as being a self-driven and results-orientated individual striving for the highest Service levels in everything that you do.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Writing Event Briefs
- Planning pre-marketing campaigns for Events and Exhibitions
- Design of advertisements and branding guidelines
- Implementing on-line event processes such as registration forms and event websites
- Venue searching and Inspection trips to the US, Europe and Middle East
- Negotiating with Event Contractors for cost and equipment
- Staging and Production for main entertainment areas
- Management of the on-site production team
- Successful Delivery of Key Projects on time, to cost and at the right quality

ABOUT YOU:

- Ideally a strong agency and client side background
- Minimum 2-4 years Account/Marketing Management
- Minimum 2-4 years Exhibitions and Event experience
- Strong Campaign Visualisation, Design, Print and Digital Media with Events Management
