I am currently looking for an Events Executive to work on an initial 6 month contract, working for a large Automotive company based in Hampshire. Coming from an Automotive background would be an advantage but no essential.
Essential Experience:
- Experience of supporting the Events Mangers in planning, development and execution of all programmes and events, ensuring they are delivered successfully and on time, to a brief and on budget.
- Good communication skills, happy liaising with the marketing and communications team as well as third party suppliers.
- Monitor expenditure to ensure the event is delivered within budget.
- Have experience of managing small to medium size events, and being involved and assisting the events manager with larger events.
- Ideally experience and knowledge of both internal and external events
- Really looking for someone that can come in and hit the ground running
- - A positive can do attitude
