Event Manager wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector. Your experience/skills: 2+ years of working experience in event planning or conferencing services Excellent communication skills across cultures, working experience in an international company is an advantage Competency of customer and service orientation, former experience in customer services is preferred Competent handling of flexible work hours, early and late, even on short notice Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken Your tasks: Being the single point of contact for the customer on webcast coordination, local technical event planning and video conferencing Consulting customers to use the right technology for meetings Supporting customers in the technical preparation of large events and coordinating all involved providers Collaborating with the global video conference services Documenting problems and incidents related to Meeting Services by using a ticketing system (HPSM) Start: ASAP Duration: 12MM+ Location: Basel, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH11545 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
