Event Coordinator & Marketing Support

Event Coordinator & Marketing Support required for a leading Defence and Security company based in Malvern for a 3 month contract position to coordinate and implement the C4ISR events plan.

Key responsibilities:

- Organise, manage and attend events
- Co-ordinate the production of promotional material, marketing collateral and communications media
- Assistance with specific product launches and media events
- Hosting and co-ordinating select customer visits
- Where required, co-ordination of the R&A of C4ISR press release material
- Contribute to the generation of materials for both the Intranet and Internet as required
- Other C4ISR/TIS marketing duties as required and determined by the TIS Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will have a Marketing diploma or similar, B2B marketing experience, a demonstrable track record in the co-ordination, attendance and successful delivery of events, experience of operational marketing function (marketing and marcomms support including literature production, database management, promotions, exhibitions, website collateral etc) and hold a full driving licence.
